Every time i start up the game, it always crashes on the Unreal logo. Can someone help me with the crashing?

Could you try removing all LIS folders (manually) and removing Life is Strange ID from Steam and then re-installing fresh. Make sure you disable Steam Cloud also, Deleated Life is Strange folder from Common folder, then installed the game with Steam cloud disabled, but it didn't work, it just took a bit more time for my Steam avatar to turn
